Spin 3 channel emotes from the weighted emote table. Cooldown mode (per-user or global) is configurable by mods via !toggle espin global.

!eval

An AI persona summary of a chatter, generated fresh from their most recent messages every time (no stale cache). Needs at least 5 recent messages from the target. The 2-minute cooldown is global — shared by the whole channel, not per-user — and while it's on cooldown the bot replies with the time remaining instead of staying silent.

!ask

Ask the bot a question, answered by AI. Deliberately narrow: it only answers about games, this stream and channel, or general trivia and facts. Anything outside that — or anything probing the bot's identity — is ignored in silence rather than refused out loud. Mod-only by default; the streamer can open it to all of chat from the admin panel. 60-second cooldown shared by the whole channel.

Manage bot commands — enable/disable, adjust cooldowns, and switch espin or eval between per-user and global cooldown mode.

!evalimage

Generates an AI studio-portrait headshot of a fictional character based on a chatter's recent messages, uploads it to an image host, and replies in chat with the link. The cooldown is 1 hour and global — shared by the whole channel, not per-user.
